
Justina Liaw
Justina has been a Facilitator, an Instructional Designer and an Organizational Development Strategist for the past 18 years.
Her strength lies in her uncanny ability to get to the heart of the matter from the chaos and confusion that surround seemingly complex “people” issues and that allows her to focus on ways to facilitate learning through effective and efficient uses of human touch and educational technology.
Organizations she has worked with include PCA Life, AIA, ASML, 350.org, AllSaints, Alliance Bank, Girls in Tech, Global Greens, DKSH, British Chamber of Commerce Taipei, New Taipei City, Far EasTone Telecommunications (FET) , and Würth Elektronik Co., Ltd.
Justina is a certified Integral-Semantics Facilitator. She is also a certified SCRUM Master. She holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Media and Technology from Boston University. Justina is the translator (from English to Mandarin) of An Everyone Culture: Becoming a Deliberately Developmental Organization™ (by Robert Kegan and Lisa Laskow Lahey, 2016) which has been lauded as the “Best Management and Workplace Culture Book of 2016”.
