Becky Hsu

Becky has over 15 years’ experience in corporate strategy deployment, implementation, performance management and human resource management, especially gain efficient know-how of bio-pharmaceutical industry.  Used to serve as the COO for a CRO company in China and the head of OD/HR for a leading pharmaceutical company in Taiwan.

During her career as a leader of OD/HR, she had initiated several important projects for her companies, such as “Company Strategic Growth”, “Annual Strategy Workshop”, “Organization Performance Management (OPM)”, “Individual’s Performance Development Program (PDP)”, “Talent Development Program (TDP)”, “Leadership Academy”, “Corporate Culture Shaping”, “Competency Model”, …etc. that successfully supported the companies’ strategic growth with systemic framework, process, managerial tools and relevant competences establishment. Along with the effectiveness of the working models that she had built for her companies, she was also invited to tailor and apply some of those projects in other affiliated companies and exterior companies as well. During her service as the COO, she had enlarged her connection with innovative biotech companies in China.

As for the bio-pharmaceutical industry, she had devoted herself in participating various programs that helps university students to understand and obtain know-how of this industry, so that they can quickly being adopted and contribute to the companies as early as possible after their graduation.
